2. This website seeks to expand the original Constitution government structure as a universal template municipal plan as part of a global grid. Instead of ONE WORLD ORDER, make every municipality self sufficient.
3. This website is initially intended for responsive executives for each of the infrastructure service's corporate board of directors. Once these boards are set, then the website will be expanded for all workers. The budget allows for a higher take home salary for each local executive, for fewer hours per week, six percent of corporate shares, expense accounts, Trust account, paid basic living expenses, and additional benefits in job description;
4. This plan builds an organization of 445 workers by each of 16 local service corporations, to serve 192 local trades at each of the 786,432 municipalities worldwide, using an example budget for one month, for each service, at current US taxes.
